Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"I can be staying here and complaining like everybody else about how expensive the gelato was, and how I was charged €24 for two amazing gelatos. But I got some sense, and I know that you pay for the experience. I was having a magical time in great company and the last thing I care is the price of the gelato. It’s in front of Piazza di Spagna for crying out loud. It’s not this place’s fault that all you people are traveling on a budget!!"
"Im a bit impressed with the 1 star ratings to be fair! The gelato was great (I have tried many in italy) and the staff treated us super nicely. Its only 4 stars for the charge amount of 3Eur when you seat down to eat. Besides that, would come back again :)"
"We went twice on two successive nights and sat for table service. Espresso martinis were good and the tiramisu was reasonable. I think 12 euros for ice cream at a table right on the plaza is reasonable. Sure, there is better and cheaper ice cream two blocks away but then you're in an alley and not on the plaza. Service was good on the first night but only so-so (different waiter) on the second night."
"The gelato is delicious, and the location is lovely, right by Spanish Steps - but, this was the most expensive ice cream I ever tasted."
"Very nice place with a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps delicious gelato fast service but it’s expensive"
"Stopped here for a drink and an ice cream, both great, with kind staff but a little expensive probably due to location. I e creams are normally around 3 to 4€ but here it was €13."
